Your role
You will join our PIM & DAM Team in a temporary position of 12+ months, working together with the team to collect, validate and register Rockfon product data and digital assets, display them on online channels and populate marketing and technical collaterals. In this role, you will also be collaborating on projects to expand the consumption of product data and to support the communication needs of colleagues across 15 markets and 20+websites.
The PIM &DAM team is part of Rockfon Marketing Team that is comprising 20+ dedicated professionals located in our newly renovated head office in Hedehusene.
The key responsibilities include:
Managing a team of 2 internal and one external employees,
Working closely with the Digital Products Team, developing solutions for our corporate website,
Adding, updating and maintaining product information in the PIM database (Perfion),
Adding, updating and maintaining digital assets in our DAM database (Papirfly),
Collaborating with local marketing teams to localize product content
Collaborating with the Product Management on product launches and market introductions
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency together with Product and Technical managers
Enforcing correct certifications together with the Certification Team
Working with the team to identify potential system optimizations and enhanced consumption of product data and digital assets
What you bring
We are imaging that you provide following competencies:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
People manager experience of 2+ years
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to see through complex structures.
Previous working experience with PIM systems, perhaps Perfion or InRiver.
Enjoys working independently and focused while contributing to the overall performance of the team.
Joy and ability to collaborate with colleagues and being clear in your communication and messages and appearing with a fact-based approach.
Talented organizational and inter-personal skills.
Professional in English.
Enjoys the occasional ping pong match, disc golf challenge, outing or other social team/office activities since we have fun doing such activities!
