• Team-Centered Culture: Work alongside a positive, energetic, and team-focused group that prioritizes patient-centered care. Our current team is made up of 4.1 FTE Physicians and 2.9 FTE Advanced Practice Clinicians.

• Flexible Scheduling: We value work-life balance and offer flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.  Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5 PM.

• Innovative Support: Benefit from a robust clinical team that includes Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs, Behavioral Health Specialists, Orthopedics/ Cardiology/ Pediatrics Outreach, and onsite Anticoagulation services.

COMPENSATION 

• $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
