  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate patient profiles within pharmacy systems.
  • Manage pharmacy site calendars, including appointment adjustments, dispensing schedules, and shipping coordination.
  • Prepare and dispense medications with accuracy, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate destinations.
  • Conduct patient follow-up calls related to outstanding accounts, directing any medical inquiries to the Pharmacist.

  • Support inventory management, including reconciliation and tracking of pharmacy stock.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support smooth daily operations.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, reimbursement teams, infusion coordinators, payers, and ministries of health.
  • Perform accurate data entry across multiple systems with strong attention to detail.
  • Act as a liaison between insurance providers, physicians, and patients to ensure timely completion of coverage documentation and prior authorizations.
  • Identify and resolve third-party billing challenges, particularly for specialty or high-value products.
  • Complete all associated documentation thoroughly and accurately.
  • Contribute to team success by supporting additional pharmacy or administrative tasks as needed.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Windows environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of medication processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — professional, compassionate, and patient-focused.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient advocacy and high-quality service delivery.
