The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will work as a business partner, accountable for business planning, budgeting and forecasting, following the global BU, HUB BU and LSU’s processes.
2.You will drive the business performance, monitor business progress, provide insights, analysis, early warning and recommend actions, drive profitable growth, fit-for-purpose cost structure, productivity improvement and capital efficiency, ensure effective cash flow and networking capital management.
3.You will serve as the main interface between LSU controlling and all service units, collaborate and work with local controlling teams together, to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance, also collaborate with HUB controlling, CCC team as well as country functions.
4.You will be accountable for the project review, support on risk management, cost monitoring and control for planning cost and posting cost.
5. You will lead process optimization and standardization, lead FCM setup and validation, implement internal controls and related coordination tasks, build up the dashboard of LSU CN controlling, OBL/BS checking and follow-up, M&A financial analysis support and other tasks assigned by LSU controller.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1.You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, Finance, Accounting.
2.More than 5 years of operational experience in Finance and Controlling, especially in manufacturing company.
3.Depth knowledge and experience in SAP and digitalization tools. Strategic, critical and analytical thinking capabilities, fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure.
5.Fluent English skill.
