About your team
The Performance & Planning team plays a pivotal role in enabling enterprise-wide decision-making across Fidelity. Operating at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations, the team delivers insights that drive capacity optimisation, performance forecasting, and benefit realisation. Recent initiatives include the rollout of Active Ops across GPS and ISS, the development of enterprise dashboards, and strategic collaboration to align planning capabilities globally. The team is known for its cross-functional engagement, stakeholder coaching, and commitment to operational resilience.
About your role
This Manager role sits within Fidelity’s Performance & Planning team, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of performance insights, capacity plans, and benefit realisation frameworks across GPS and ISS. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders across regions to embed Active Ops, enhance dashboard capabilities, and support resilience planning. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for continuous improvement in enterprise performance.

They bring experience in performance management, capacity planning, or enterprise reporting, and are confident navigating complex data to deliver actionable insights. Comfortable working across functions and geographies, they are skilled at stakeholder engagement and thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to success in this role.
