What is it like to be a People Technologies & Reporting Specialist at Northbridge Financial

The People Technologies & Reporting Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing our HR systems and reporting capabilities, with a strong focus on Workday configuration and analytics. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with the Manager, Total Rewards to deliver high-quality data insights and reporting solutions.

If you are great at:

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules, including Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, Learning, Recruiting, and Talent & Performance.
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business operations.
  • Deliver data insights and reporting support for Total Rewards, including compensation and benefits analytics.
  • Assist with the annual compensation cycle, survey submissions, benchmarking, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of compensation data across key platforms, including Workday, Excel, and Workhuman.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting, as well as audits and internal reviews of compensation programs and pay practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide technical support and ensure system integrity through documentation, testing, and validation.
  • Support other people technologies such as Workhuman, Medallia, and Phenom, including troubleshooting, reporting, and configuration as needed.

If you have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience supporting and maintaining Workday Information Systems, reporting, and databases 
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation.
  • Proven expertise in Workday configuration and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Experience in compensation or HR analytics (preferred).
  • Workday Pro certification is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with Workhuman, Medallia, or Phenom is a plus.
  • Understanding of system integrations and data flows is a plus.
