As a People Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Haleon employees, delivering service excellence by resolving Tier 1 HR cases with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions for escalated issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial contact for employee queries via ServiceNow cases, live chat, and calls.

  • Provide end-to-end support and resolution for Tier 1 cases.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2, ensuring timely and smooth handoff.

  • Maintain professional communication with employees and stakeholders.

  • Stay current on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Create and update documentation for Tier 1 processes.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals:

  • High School Diploma required; University degree finished or equivalent experience (Human Resources or Business Administration)

  • 0-1 years of experience in customer service or in Human Resources.

  • Languages: English B2 and French B2.

  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

  • Must have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
