What you’ll do 

  • Systems

    • Oversight of HR/People Systems, including UKG Ready, and troubleshoot/problem solve system issues
    • Work closely with the People/HR team to pinpoint and implement system improvements, such as data updates, workflow creation, and other enhancements
    • Act as the first point of contact for People Ops tickets and escalate requests as necessary
    • Work to automate manual tasks, build new processes (both in systems and creating SOPs) 
    • When necessary, the role will participate in evaluating and implementing people platforms and provide training
  • Onboarding

    • Own the transition from candidate to new hire and ensure a successful onboarding
    • Run all of the onboarding experience for new hires, as well as Pre-start communication
    • Handle routine processes, including new hire additions, system permissions, user access, personalization, data auditing, and backend configurations.
    • Set up onboarding in UKG, send out new hire documents, Schedule Onboarding Sessions, process I-9’s and Employee Agreements
    • Work with IT on account & laptop creation
  • Compliance

    • Manage day-to-day People Ops inquiries, system administration, and stakeholder support
    • Ensure all employee records are complete, compliant, and secure (paper and electronic), validate required documentation and retention, confirm proper segregation of sensitive records, and establish a filing standard, retention schedule, and SOPs for ongoing compliance and operational consistency.
    • Refine employee data practices and processes
    • Monitor, track, and report key HR metrics
    • Support people compliance initiatives and audits
    • Research and monitor compliance requirement changes
    • Partner with People Ops on processes/projects
    • Maintain People Ops trackers
    • Quarterly on-site maintenance of sensitive files

Your skill-set

  • You’re fluent in HR systems (experience with UKG Ready is a plus) and enjoy optimizing workflows and automations to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • You’re curious about leveraging automation and AI tools to simplify processes, enhance data integrity, and improve the employee experience
  • You have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • You’re comfortable presenting and facilitating training sessions for employees or managers
  • You have experience with HR compliance, policy, and reporting
  • You communicate effectively across teams and build trust with employees at every level
  • You can work cross-functionally and thrive in a collaborative, close-knit team
  • You bring experience from a high-growth or startup environment and are comfortable navigating change
  • You have 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations

Pindrop considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills, as well as market and business considerations, when extending an offer.

$75,000$95,000 USD
