• Greet patients and visitors, answer and route calls, and provide clear, friendly assistance
• Schedule and reschedule appointments using the electronic scheduling system
• Register patients and verify demographic, billing, and clinical information for accuracy and completeness
• Verify insurance benefits and, when needed, obtain precertification or authorization
• Determine and collect point of service payments, including copays and deductibles, or refer to financial counseling
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and protect patient privacy
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow and reduce delays
Applicant requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using computers with accurate data entry
• Clear, professional communication in person and by phone
• Reliable attendance and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
