Job Description

Drives vendor performance, cost efficiency, and capacity planning to meet business and operational objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the performance, governance, and strategic relationships of external business process outsourcing (BPO) and manpower partners to ensure alignment with contractual obligations, service standards, and organizational goals.

  • Manages vendor contracts, governance frameworks, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence, service quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Forecasts workload and resource requirements using historical and real-time data to ensure optimal staffing across vendors and internal teams.

  • Develops and manages efficient schedules and capacity plans, adjusting in real time to meet service level and productivity targets.

  • Analyzes operational and vendor performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.

  • Implements and optimizes workforce management tools and processes to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

  • Monitors market trends and benchmarks vendor costs and performance to support strategic sourcing and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Strategy and/or Business Intelligence role.

  • Background in BPO / Telco/Tech/Finance. Experience in fast-paced or high-volume industry is preferred.

  • Expertise in performance management and KPI governance.

  • Proficiency in analytics methods and tools.

  • Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with Leadership, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
