DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drives operational excellence by designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure consistent adoption of processes, systems, and best practices for agents and internal users (e.x., Account Managers).
Develops and maintains training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources to support learning continuity.
Facilitates engaging training sessions across various stakeholder groups.
Assesses training effectiveness and competency achievement using evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
Identifies skill gaps and training needs through analysis, consultations, and competency assessments.
Collaborates with internal teams, external consultants, and vendor partners to ensure training programs are aligned with L&D frameworks and business objectives.
Supports implementation of People Development Plans and other learning initiatives for internal clients.
Applies coaching techniques to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement.
Manages multiple L&D projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of experience in learning & development, training design, or analytics-focused training roles.
Experience in creating and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including BPO agents and internal account managers.
Exposure to workforce, operational, or performance analytics is a plus
Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience in fast paced / high volume industry is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
