Job Description:
Works with external partners such as Global system integrators(GSIs) and independent software vendors (ISV), solution aggregators, to drive sell in and/or sell through activities. Develops the partner business plan, implements partner programs, coordinates co-selling between partner and Intel's sales team, while promoting Intel's products and services. Builds trusted relationships with the partners to drive short term consumption sales objectives while establishing scale via longterm strategic alignment with partners across the ecosystem. Collaborates with the sales team, product groups and other key internal stakeholders to develop and execute partner expansion programs. Shares partner feedback to improve Intel's product offerings. Follows partner ecosystem trends and shares innovative perspectives to advance the joint business priorities and open new opportunities in the market/industry. Supports go to market campaigns and collaborates on presales and proof of concept execution, and training programs to ensure successful execution of the account plan targets and performance metrics. Note: This is a commissioned sales position.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a strong customer focus and have proven experience in executive sales and a broad understanding of computing landscape- products, solutions, services, and ecosystem dynamics.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in partnerships and/or sales.
Proven success in building and managing executive-level customer relationships and Global partner business
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
Ability to translate complex situations into clear, actionable insights.
Skilled in stakeholder management within complex, matrixed organizations.
Influential across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Adaptability to environmental shifts and agile leadership.
Demonstrated accountability for results and alignment with Intel's cultural values.
Strong executive communication background.
Expertise in PC client, data center, cloud infrastructure, and AI solutions.
Comfortable with risk-taking and thriving in a fast-paced business environment.
Strong account management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Experience working across global teams, cultures, and time zones.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Willingness to represent Intel as a technology and business evangelist.
