The Partner HR Projects & Systems plays a key role within the Human Resources team by supporting project execution, maintaining HR systems, and contributing to process improvements. This role works closely with HR leadership and Shared Values teams to ensure that systems and workflows reflect our cultural foundation, including our Mission, Vision, and Values of Integrity, Humility, Unity, Respect, and Excellence.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the coordination of HR projects by managing task tracking, documentation, and progress updates to support timely and effective execution.
  • Support the functionality and upkeep of HR systems, including data entry, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure system accuracy and usability.
  • Participate in efforts to improve HR workflows and recommend opportunities to streamline or automate manual processes.
  • Collaborate with Shared Values teams and other departments to support project needs and ensure alignment with cultural and operational priorities.
  • Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems and generate reports or dashboards as requested.
  • Help prepare communications and resources related to system updates or process changes to support smooth adoption by Team Members.
  • Develop and maintain templates, forms, and tools that enhance HR operations and team efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent coursework in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools; experience with data entry, reporting, or workflow tracking preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality or gaming industry experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Work is performed in a office setting.

  • Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.

  • Prolonged sitting or standing and mobility.

  • Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions Lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally

  • Eye/hand coordination.

  • Use of standard office equipment.

  • Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols

  • May be required to work evening, weekends, and holiday shifts.
