Contract Administration Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Flexible – Work from home or in-office (initial office-based training required). Office is based at Skygate, 5 minutes from Brisbane Airport. We offer free parking and work a stone-throw from the DFO Shopping centre.
Hours: Up to 19 hours per week | Flexible days and shifts

We’re looking for a part-time Contract Administration Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the HMA, Hymix, and PNQ sales teams. About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in enabling efficient commercial negotiations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll support the preparation and management of contracts and tender documentation, while also helping internal teams stay on top of key contractual milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management
•Review contracts and prepare departure schedules
•Assist in preparing detailed tender response documentation
•Create clear, concise contract summaries for internal stakeholders
•Maintain a contract catalogue to track key dates (e.g., price reviews, expiries)
•Upload and manage agreements in the HM LEDOX 365 contract management system
Customer Experience
•Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of customer excellence
•Communicate clearly, positively, and promptly to support sales and operations
