How do you fit in?

Savage X Fenty is looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our growth marketing team, to support the Media team in the planning, execution, and tracking of paid social media campaigns. This role will assist in day-to-day campaign setup, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about digital media and social advertising.

This role reports to the Senior Paid Media Manager.

What you will do:

  • Support the day-to-day execution of paid social media campaigns across all major platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and other emerging channels such as Applovin.

  • Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, and performance monitoring to ensure proper delivery and pacing.

  • Partner with the Senior Paid Media Manager in implementing and optimizing paid social campaigns.

  • Help analyze campaign results and compile reports highlighting performance metrics and learnings.

  • Support the sharing of data, insights, and creative performance results among internal teams to inform future strategies.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to gather and organize assets, track deliverables, and request necessary iterations.

  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, trackers, and schedules.

  • Coordinate with media partners such as Meta, TikTok, and Twitter to gather platform updates and assist with campaign troubleshooting.

  • Help ensure campaigns are launched on time and align with brand goals and paid social best practices.

  • Assist in identifying testing opportunities for creative, audience, and bidding strategies.

  • Support ad hoc reporting, data pulls, and competitive research projects as assigned.

  • Occasionally work flexible hours, including weekends, to support real-time social media activity.

What you can bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or equivalent experience.

  • 1-2 years of experience in paid social media, digital marketing, or related internship experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with social advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a working knowledge of Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Collaborative and eager to learn, with a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.

The hourly range for this position is from $27.40 to $30.05 per hour. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
