HP’s Industrial Print team is seeking a dynamic PageWide Press Specialist to lead transformative client engagements across the Central Region. What You’ll Do

As a trusted advisor and technical sales leader, you’ll:

  • Lead with expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of HP PageWide Presses and industrial printing workflows to craft tailored solutions that solve real business challenges.
  • Drive strategic growth: Partner with clients to uncover opportunities, expand existing accounts, and maximize contract value through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Deliver impact: Create compelling sales presentations and demos that highlight the power, efficiency, and ROI of HP’s industrial print solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and solution delivery.
  • Mentor and inspire: Share your expertise with junior team members, helping to elevate the overall performance and knowledge of the sales organization.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to keep HP at the forefront of innovation.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience with HP PageWide Presses or similar industrial printing platforms.
  • 7–10 years in technical sales, solution selling, or enterprise account management, preferably in the print or manufacturing technology space.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, value-based selling, and customer-centric engagement.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex client needs and deliver high-impact solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in growing mid-to-large accounts and driving contract renewals.

Salary:

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $195,000 to $235,000 USD
annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
