Part and Accessories Planner - TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT

Brunswick Marine is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part and Accessories Planner to join our dynamic team in Portugal. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations between Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality service and products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Support
  • Purchasing Coordination
    • Provide accurate information on part numbers, availability, and freight quotations
    • Assist with claims and return requests, including credit notes
    • Support inquiries for current and discontinued models
  • Order Fulfillment & Shipping
    • Analyze incoming orders and manage stock transfers between Polish and Portuguese warehouses
    • Place and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers and yards
    • Coordinate material collection and receipt processes
    • Allocate parts to customer orders and manage picking processes
    • Ensure proper documentation for inter-company shipments, especially for customs clearance
    • Book transport and share tracking information with stakeholders
    • Maintain clear communication with P&A, Warehouse, and Logistics departments

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education & Experience
  • Technical Skills
    • High school diploma required
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or international environments
  • Language Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
    • Knowledge of AS400 is a plus
    • Understanding of logistics, production procedures, and trade documentation
  • Soft Skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Polish, or Portuguese are a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
    • Team-oriented with a focus on quality and accountability
