Primary Skills (Must Have)
- 8 + years of proven BA experience with strong skills in requirement gathering, functional specification documentation, testing, business communication and stakeholder management
- Solid hands on experience with Salesforce implementation, Salesforce objects and tables, Client Hierarchy in Salesforce.
- Good to have prior experience on Master Data Management solution implementation as business analyst.
- Define and document business processes for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories
- Prior background of working on Data warehousing/Data Engineering projects having played business analyst role
Would added adavantage.
- Good hands-on on SQL and analytical skills with solid understanding of complex data analysis, data aggregation, data quality, and data governance principles is needed along with knowledge and working experience of integration of distributed systems in a large scale enterprise
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by conducting Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit business needs.
- Translate business goals into technical requirements for data engineering teams.
- Validate data outputs against business expectations.
- Performing unit testing and assist in QA phases by defining acceptance criteria and test cases and working with business to get UAT sign-off.
- Good experience with working on Agile scrum methodologies and JIRA project processes.
- Good interpersonal, time management, and team player skills
Secondary Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in channel and territory management for sales teams is a plus
- Agile Certifications.
- A background in large scale finance applications especially in Investment Banking / Asset Management domain is preferred.
