You will play a key part in driving sales of cloud-based Business Applications within the K–12 and community college education sector across the Americas. Partnering closely with senior Account Executives, you’ll help identify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and align enterprise-grade CRM, ERP, and AI-powered tools to meet customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud solution selling, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate technology into meaningful business outcomes.
Support Account Executives in renewing customer licensing agreements and recommending business application solutions based on customer needs.
Engage regularly with education customers to coordinate product demos, explain solution features, and generate new opportunities.
Partner with internal stakeholders and resellers to quote pricing, organize presentations, and expand territory pipeline.
Manage and track sales opportunities, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and deal progress.
Collaborate with customer support and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and continued satisfaction.
Research and identify prospective customers using business directories, events, and existing pipeline leads.
Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and product innovations to better position cloud solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
8–10 years of experience in cloud software sales, ideally within enterprise or education sectors.
Proven success in sales opportunity and pipeline management from lead generation to close.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional or “virtual” teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Understanding of CRM, ERP, and Low Code/AI platforms, and how they drive organizational value.
Experience selling or supporting business application solutions such as CRM, ERP, or Power Platform-style offerings.
Familiarity with licensing models and customer renewal cycles within a software ecosystem.
Experience working in or supporting education sector clients (K–12 or higher education).
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
Prior experience working in or with large technology ecosystems or partner networks.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $17.78/hr. The final salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
