Your unique contribution

Joining a tight-knit and collaborative team, the Outbound Sales Specialist will report into the National Field Sales Manager Off-Premise. You will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are achieved through the outbound selling process and to provide a high level of service to our customers via calls and emails.

  • Achieve sales growth through contacting customers on an agreed frequency and presenting promotional activity and sales deals

  • Foster strong customer relationships through outbound calls, ensuring clients understand the services offered and feel valued, encouraging them to reach out with product or sales inquiries.

  • Create and maintain calls plans to ensure objectives are set and met on a monthly basis for all customers.

  • Provide temporary sales cover and support (via Outbound) for Account Managers during periods of absence (e.g. annual leave). 

  • Maintain best practice sale competency and techniques (including electronic methods)
