Order & Delivery Officer with French

Job Overview:

Within the department responsible for vehicle deliveries, your role is crucial to ensuring the quality of services provided to our clients and their satisfaction. In constant interaction with other departments, suppliers, and clients, you report to the Delivery Supervisor.

  • Issuing vehicle and accessory orders, forwarding them to suppliers, managing delivery timelines/delays, and confirming orders to clients
  • Planning deliveries in collaboration with suppliers and clients
  • Organizing the registration procedure in collaboration with our suppliers, local and international partners

Responsibilities:

  • Place the vehicle order and ensure its proper execution
  • Send order confirmations to customers
  • Monitor delivery timelines and proactively inform customers
  • Organize the invoicing of PI (Proforma Invoices or similar)
  • Organize the registration and delivery process
  • Manage administrative procedures related to registration (plate transfer, special plates, holder, external insurance, etc.)
  • Assign subcontractors (anti-theft devices, winter tires, transport, accessories, etc.) and verify proper execution of tasks
  • Manage the service's operations, its interaction with other company departments, productivity, and quality delivered
  • Ensure continuous monitoring is carried out
  • Contribute to process improvement and communication with customers
  • Ensure follow-up of satisfaction surveys in collaboration with the EasyDriving department and/or Supplier Relationship Manager
  • Actively participate in project implementation
  • Monitor changes to orders
  • Actively participate in department meetings
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the quoting process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to improve quote competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • English & French (fluent, verbally and written)
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, be at ease working with numbers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with pricing software or CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously (prioritization, ability to work under pressure and handle stress)
  • Knowledge of car leasing terms and regulatory standards.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good knowledge of car industry/passion for cars is a plus.
