Job Summary

Oracle Fusion System Administrator is a key member of the IT Business Applications team. As a member of this team, the Oracle Fusion System Administrator is responsible for application sysadmin activities like user provisioning, role assignment etc. This is a hands-on role supporting global implementation of the Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud Application.

Essential Functions

  • Monitor and review ServiceNow ticketing system for requests in the Application System Administrator queue and act on these requests in accordance with established process flow.
  • Attend to all System Administrator requests including creation of new users, changes to users’ attributes, assignment of roles, data access etc. following established approval process.
  • Document all system adminstrator activities including approvals in accordance with IT audit control requirements.
  • Meet SLAs for various request types and share periodic reports.
  • Support audit requests on system administrator activities in requested format.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve any user issues related to login and access.
  • Perform period reviews of user and role assignments for potential audit deviations, risk assessments etc.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Oracle EBS (11i/R12) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Application System Administration


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong experience in User and Role Maintenance.
  • Experience in ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
  • Work effectively on multiple activities and projects.
  • Strong analytical and training skills.
  • Troubleshoot user access issues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

$32.00 to $40.00
