Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Lead with in Oracle E-Business Suite (11i & R12, including R12.2.6). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional expertise across Supply Chain and Finance modules, with proven experience in FTZ integration, Vendor Registration, iSupplier, Order Management, Inventory Management, and API-based integrations. This role requires close collaboration with middleware and business teams to ensure seamless end-to-end system connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, customizations, and support initiatives.
- Develop and support Oracle EBS R12.2.6 modules: Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping Execution, Bill of Materials, Quality, and TCA.
- Design and maintain Oracle applications for Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
- Execute technical development using PL/SQL, SQL Developer, SQL*Loader, Unix Shell scripting, Workflow Builder, SOA, APEX, Oracle Reports/Forms, and XML Publisher.
- Build RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Translate business requirements into MD050 (functional) and MD070 (technical) design documents.
- Prepare high-level design specs, process flows, and pseudo logic; develop database objects using AIM methodology.
- Support SCM modules: INV, BOM, WIP, PO, AP, OM, CST.
- Manage Order Management processes: booking, picking, shipping, invoicing.
- Integrate and support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations within Oracle EBS.
- Configure and manage Vendor Registration and iSupplier Portal.
- Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICS) and SOA services.
- Work with APIs for automation and data exchange across Oracle and external systems.
- Collaborate with middleware teams for secure and scalable integrations.
- Perform data migration, validation, and tuning of concurrent programs.
- Provide production support and defect resolution during SIT and UAT.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Manage Inventory processes: material movements, valuation, reporting.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Design dashboards using AWS QuickSight and Tableau for reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of Oracle EBS techno-functional experience (11i & R12, preferably R12.2.6).
- Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports (6i/10g), XML Publisher, Workflow, and OAF.
- Proven experience with FTZ integration, Vendor Registration, iSupplier, Order Management, and Inventory Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICS) and SOA services.
- Proficiency in API and middleware-based integrations.
- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience with AIM, ALM, and UFT methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Experience in global and multilingual Oracle EBS environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (R12.2.6 preferred).
- Strong background in Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) integrations and configurations.
- Experience with AWS QuickSight, Oracle 19c, WMS, and MSCA.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies (Jira, Confluence).
- Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain domains.
Salary Ranges:
$108,200.00 - $155,800.00
