Job Title: Oracle DevOps Fusion PTF IT Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Plan to Fulfill (PTF) IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Plan to Fulfill business processes within Supply Chain & Inventory modules, Costing & Manufacturing modules along with SLA structure of Costing module, Material issues, and Month-end close processes with a very good understanding of DevOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and support of Fusion PTF processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of post-go-live operational support.
  • Stay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed.
  • Analyze Oracle Fusion enhancements, change requests, and support activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications and modules.
  • Experience in DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a support role, including resolving post-implementation issues and providing ongoing application maintenance.
