We are seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Project Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in project management and DevOps practices. This role involves leading cross-functional discussions at various levels with business users to analyze requirements, brainstorm solutions, and recommend industry best practices to stakeholders.

The Oracle DevOps Organization supports multiple Oracle Fusion instances within Johnson Controls. The Oracle DevOps Fusion Project Lead will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for this functional value stream for all development and support-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and support of Oracle Fusion project management processes and solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.

Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of post-go-live operational support.

Stay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed.
