Those in Oracle technology at PwC will focus on utilising and managing Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As part of the Oracle Technology team, you will drive significant sales programs and campaigns that align with OCI's growth objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. This is a unique opportunity to shape how PwC Oracle OCI Practice accelerates enterprise transformation, leveraging your knowledge in cloud infrastructure and technical sales to build relationships and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance Oracle Cloud Infrastructure sales

- Lead business development activities to achieve revenue targets

- Oversee project execution while securing client satisfaction

- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration

- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities

- Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities

- Promote innovative solutions that align with client needs

- Confirm adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or Engineering

- At least 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Having experience in technical sales, solutions architecture, or pre-sales engineering

- Oracle certifications (e.g., OCI Architect Associate/Professional) preferred

- Possessing proven communication and presentation skills

- Deep technical knowledge of cloud architectures

- Proficiency in Salesforce deal management

- Experience in enterprise sales pursuits in finance, healthcare, or manufacturing

- 5 years of experience in technical sales or solutions architecture

- Demonstrating ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions

- Leading execution of targeted sales campaigns

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives

- Developing compelling sales content and training resources

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
