Brightree is  seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Optimization Consultant with a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification to lead and support process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable improvements in performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to engage stakeholders and drive change.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure alignment and sustainability of improvements.
  • Track and report on project progress, outcomes, and ROI.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Deliver best practice training throughout all levels of the customer’s organization through deep understanding of the Brightree financial and clinical performance and reporting tools.
  • Deliver consulting support to customers adopting Brightree products and services.
  • Partner with Brightree’s Implementation and Training teams to build best practices for customer implementations that help drive long term customer success.
  • Travel – up to 25% annually

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management and change management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $94,000 - $124,000
