The Position

Operatons Manager, Lampang & Ayuthaya Plant

Job Summary

EHS Leadership

• Act as a Safety role model and strengthen a proactive safety culture across the site

• Develop and execute EH&S strategies in compliance with company standards and local regulations
   

Production & Maintenance

• Ensure production targets are achieved with high quality, cost competitiveness, and efficiency

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability

• Optimize inventory levels to support customer needs while minimizing working capital
   

Industrial Strategy & Investments

• Define mid- and long-term plant development plans aligned with business growth

• Execute approved investment projects on time, within budget, and with strong safety performance
   

Team & People Development

• Build, lead, and retain a high-performing team

• Set up an effective organizational structure, coach and evaluate talent regularly

• Promote Continuous Improvement and 5S initiatives throughout the plant
   

Financial Control

• Monitor production and maintenance costs, support budgeting and performance reporting
   

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field

• 7–10+ years of experience in plant/operations management

• Ability to travel regularly to oversee 2 plants (Lampang & Ayutthaya)

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Passionate about Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement

• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English

• Experience in mining or minerals processing is a plus
