The Operations Trainee supports key initiatives across both Staff Experience and Guest Experience at Truist Park. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, event operations, and creating memorable experiences for both staff and guests. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in program coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to the Atlanta Braves’ commitment to operational excellence.
The Operations Department supports the day-to-day functions of Event Operations, Truist Park Meetings & Events, Ballpark Tours & Hall of Fame, and serves as a liaison to our food & beverage partner. The team also leads strategic projects focused on enhancing staff and guest experiences through thoughtful planning, training, recognition, and communication. The department fosters a culture of excellence, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
TRAINEE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
College graduate, Bachelor's or Master's, with a GPA of at least 3.0 at graduation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Customer service oriented
Excellent executive presence
Must complete a background check
