Operations Senior Analyst

As an Operations Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and partnering with management to design, implement, and optimize data-driven projects and reporting solutions. You will play a role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain reporting within Speech Analytics on a daily basis to deliver actionable insights and support business objectives.
  • Support the development of new and existing programs that impact service delivery, quality, member benefits, and employee performance by providing data analysis and reporting, ensuring all outputs align with internal policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Execute assigned portions of the strategic business plan by performing detailed analysis, assessing outcomes, and providing data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain databases of programs, initiatives, and vendors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

What You’ll Need

  • To thrive in this role, you have ongoing experience in data analytics, business operations, and business administration, with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support organizational goals.
  • You have prior experience managing multi-location/multi-state projects within a major organization.
  • You possess experience with Excel and SQL data mining.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines as established by management while handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with management to provide data-driven insights and support the development of recommendations and proposals by executing assigned analyses and reporting tasks accurately and on time.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$90,400.00 - $120,300.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
