The Operations Manager II is responsible for coaching and supervising a group of Operation Managers and/or Team Leaders. This Position is responsible for building and maintaining client relationship, meeting service levels agreements and achieve financial expectations. Position requiring several years of work experience and functional expertise gained through professional qualification or extensive work experience.Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities :
Applies advanced knowledge and experience to the development of new methods and creative solutions and includes comprehensive understanding of own work are and general understanding of other work areas.
Drives application of theories, principles, concepts, and work methods across a wide range of moderate to complex problems.
Manages the work activities of lower-level managers and or individual contributors and provides guidance in accordance with established policies and management guidance.
Directly influences unit or sub-unit policies often recommending changes for improvement.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors; Interprets internal or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues and recommends solutions/best practices or service improvements.
Provides leadership to Managers, Supervisors, and/or Professional staff
Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
May manage subordinate managers, the operations of one large or multiple small accounts or lines of business.
Has responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies
Eligibility:
•Associate degree in related field with more than three years of experience (with at least two years of Progressive Management Experience) preferred.
•BFS experience (preferred)
•Demonstrated ability to coach and develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback
•Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes; establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
•Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
•Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
•Willingness to work a flexible schedule
•Good relationship and communication with internal and external clients
•Proficient in English (B2+)
