Job Description Summary
Overview:
This role is responsible for managing onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating operational support, and ensuring compliance with account management standards. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across HR, Operations, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including C&W and Lease Administration.
• Coordinate recruiting approvals, badge issuance, equipment setup, and software access.
• Submit system termination requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and update the onboarding/offboarding playbook.
Equipment & Technology Management
• Order and track cell phones, computers, and other equipment.
• Maintain inventory records and oversee equipment returns for terminations.
• Process software approval requests and ensure proper access for employees.
Vendor & Badging Management
• Serve as point of contact for all third-party vendors badging supporting the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare and distribute monthly organizational charts.
• Compile and deliver the Operations Monthly Report to Verizon.
• Consolidate monthly financial reports and portfolio reconciliations.
• Coordinate Employee of the Month packages and obtain required approvals.
Account Management & Client Interaction
• Maintain and update the account management plan.
• Review monthly reports from C&W Services and address issues promptly.
• Meet weekly with Verizon to discuss operational updates and resolve concerns.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 79,050.00 - $93,000.00
