The Role
We are looking for an Operations Data Analyst to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, working on a shift-based schedule (Morning/Afternoon) to support 24/7 terminal operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about driving performance through insights.

You’ll work closely with operations teams, planners, and performance managers to ensure data accuracy, support reporting needs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, and validate operational performance data from multiple systems and sources
  • Maintain and update performance timelines and data trackers
  • Conduct daily and weekly data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support the creation of dashboards and reports (e.g., SQDC, KPIs, internal metrics)
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate data submissions
  • Identify data inconsistencies or gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Assist in developing and improving automated tools and reporting templates
  • Support internal audits, COE reporting, and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3 or higher) in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in data analysis, operations reporting, or similar analytical roles (experience in logistics or terminal operations is a plus)

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or similar data tools is an advantage
  • Understanding of database management and data validation principles

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple data sources
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to data accuracy
