Position Summary
With a focus on our European market, this role is designed to be the day to day operational lead that facilitates the handoff and transactional processing of inbound shipments to our Third Party Logistics partners. Shipments include but are not limited to, Multi-vendor RTW apparel, footwear, accessories and lifestyle merchandise.
Responsibilities
Inbound Oversight:
Optimize efficiencies and ensure operational policies and procedures are being followed under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
Oversee multi-vendor inbound shipments to the EU and UK 3PLs in collaboration with other departments.
Ensuring all necessary paperwork, data and receiving tasks are executed in all applicable systems.
Review and strategize workload and priorities based on time sensitive business needs such as release calendars and top priority brands.
Review all aged tasks and troubleshoot all pending issues in collaboration with 3PL counterparts.
Communicate internally to relevant product teams including logistics, buying and web.
Coordinate with 3PL on all inbounding retail shipments including but not limited to, cleanouts, RTV’s and other special projects.
Outbound Oversight:
Collaborate and coordinate with buying team on inquiries related to distributing product from 3PL to retail doors.
Oversee processing and coordination of shipping out RA’s to third party vendors.
Assist internal departments on special projects including but not limited to, sample sales, cleanouts and donations.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-4 years working with warehouse or 3PL (Third Party Logistics Partners).
Minimum 2-4 years working in Inventory Management/Control.
Minimum 2-4 years working with ERP and Inventory Management systems.
Working experience with Bleckmann 3PL preferred.
Working experience with Exenta ERP preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with large data sets.
Strong communication skills; both amongst peers and external partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly and effectively.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Strong time management skills.
Fluent in both English and French, ideally but not required.
