Introduction

Contact the Sales Team on a daily basis, booking orders, providing information regarding product availability, pricing and delivery, suggesting alternative products and making analysis. Just a couple of tasks of the Sales Support position within Shimano Belgium!

Is helping sales colleagues giving you a lot of energy, do you like variety (no day is the same) and are you able to perform under pressure?

The Challenge

  • Provide colleagues with pricing, product, availability, order and delivery information. 

  • Manage & process customer orders, inquiries or complaints as the first line of support then escalating where necessary. 

  • Be a link between customer & sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals. 

  • Track the status of customer orders and alert responsible persons should there be a deviation from plans or a bottle neck. 

What are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role; 

  • Good language skills in Turkish & English  

  • Good business communication skills; 

  • You have concern for order, quality and accuracy. You are working carefully with eye for detail.
