ICF is seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to support the Environment & Planning (E&P) Division. This role will report to the EEI Operations team to support business operations and help execute internal communications and employee engagement.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, a strong communicator verbally and in writing, thrives in a collaborative environment, has a strong client service orientation, and is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Operations Lead and Group-level Communications Lead to execute a comprehensive communication and engagement plan and schedule in support of the Environment & Planning Division
Coordinate Quarterly Division-wide All Hands meetings under the direction of the Operations Lead:
Manage invitations and agendas
Prepare and support presenters
Create and finalize PowerPoint presentations
Share meeting recordings and follow-ups
Coordinate Division conference attendance:
Update conference tracker
Manage conference approvals
Communicate with conference attendees regarding approval, billing information, and more
Provide leadership with a quarterly report of all approved conference costs
Coordinate employee engagement programs, including but not limited to:
Employee connectivity program
Division Book Club
Division Mascot Program & Annual Awards
Distribution of marketing collateral for conferences and other meetings
Publication Awards program
Support SharePoint site creation, permissions management, and project file creation
Support the procurement process and other related business needs
Serve as a back-up for other EEI Operations team members, as needed
Participate in Division and Line of Business (LOB) meetings and contribute to preparations and follow-up activities
Assist with additional EEI Operations and E&P Division priorities, as requested
Coordinate with corporate services such as subcontracts, accounts payable, procurement, and IT
Limited travel required
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience in administration and/or business operations
2+ years of experience in corporate-level communications
Preferred Attributes:
Resourceful and self-motivated
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
Expert in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$66,730.00 - $113,440.00California Remote Office (CA99)
