What this job involves:

The Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team manages the corporate office portfolio and aims to provide a safe, sustainable, and efficient work environment to accommodate growth and enable our client's employees to innovate and delight customers[Source: 1A-JLL Job Description Template.docx]. As an Operational Readiness Analyst within the Operational Readiness Team (ORT), you will own and drive critical operational state across Amazon GREF, ensuring every implementation meets comprehensive readiness standards before transitioning to business-as-usual (BAU) operations. This role is essential in reducing risk, accelerating stability, and delivering value by ensuring processes, people, systems, and infrastructure are fully prepared and verified to effectively support operations and deliver expected outcomes, directly contributing to JLL's mission of helping organizations achieve their ambitions through exceptional real estate services.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and maintain operational documentation including SOPs and work instructions while creating and updating process flows
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements while maintaining documentation repository and version control
  • Collect and analyze operational data, create status reports and dashboards while tracking KPIs and metrics
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity while assisting in training material development and supporting issue resolution
  • Coordinate transition activities between project and operations teams while developing operational readiness assessment frameworks
  • Track risk mitigation actions and provide administrative support across multi-workstream processes
  • Analyze and document business processes and workflows while operating effectively in a global environment across different geographies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in business processes support and analytics with understanding of basic IT solution delivery concepts
  • Understanding of change management and/or continuous improvement methodology (Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Ability to work with multi-workstream processes across different geographies while operating in a global environment
  • Data analysis skills with ability to dive deep into data and documentation to support analysis and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent level of English with strong computer skills including Smartsheets, Quip, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Asana
  • Ability to monitor progress and implement corrective actions while building trust with team members across different perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in business processes support and analytics (for Senior Analyst role consideration) • Additional language skills beyond English
  • Experience with operational readiness frameworks and transition management
  • Background in facilities management or real estate operations
  • Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certifications
  • Experience working in global corporate environments with diverse cultural perspectives.
