Operational Efficiency Advisor

Are you ready to play a key role in driving strategic business priorities? The Network Implementation and Continuous Improvement team is looking for a curious, proactive, and collaborative individual to join us as an Operational Efficiency Advisor. This temporary role places you at the center of major initiatives that shape the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN). You will support the implementation of new initiatives and enhance existing processes through a continuous improvement lens. Your ability to communicate effectively and your understanding of the insurance sector will be essential in ensuring successful delivery and adoption of change. This is more than a temporary assignment—it is an opportunity to build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and grow your expertise in a forward-thinking environment. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Lead implementation and change management for key initiatives, including designing and executing delivery plans. 

  • Function as a trusted advisor, develop recommendations and ensure alignment with stakeholders for successful implementation. 

  • Apply project management and continuous improvement best practices, packaging and presenting content for diverse range of stakeholders. 

  • Facilitate collaboration by organizing workshops, meetings, and events that build awareness, celebrate milestones, and support change. 

  • Represent the department with professionalism and influence in interactions with partners and committees—ensuring consistent messaging and strong relationships. 

  • Drive change integration, coordinate rollout strategies, and assess readiness and adoption across teams.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

  • Proficient knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance (Personal Lines Home and Auto)

  • Commercial Lines, Life Insurance, and Financial Services knowledge
