What you will do in this role   

As an Onboarding Agent on our team, you will:  

- Coordinate and schedule industrial 3D printer installations, upgrades, maintenance, and other service-related activities.  
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.  
- Monitor project progress, ensuring procedures and documentation are accurately followed.  
- Maintain records, reports, and data tracking within internal tools and systems.  
- Support process improvements to enhance the customer onboarding and service experience.  
- Collaborate closely with technical, logistics, and operations teams to prepare for field activities.  

Concentrix is a great match if you have: 

- A native or proficient level in English 
- Experience in customer coordination, scheduling, or project support—preferably in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment.  
- Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.  
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects.  
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.  
 

It would be a plus if you have:  

- Knowledge of 3D printing or industrial equipment operations.  
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and partner companies
