Compensation & Benefits
Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. Minimum starting rate for Grade 1 $21.21/hour, with regular increases reaching $24.59/hour. Minimum starting rate for Grade 2 $22.98/hour, with regular increases reaching $26.63/hour. An additional shift premium of $2.00/hour applies for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Conform to all safety guidelines while performing duties and operating equipment
Support daily / monthly production goals and targets
Understand SOPs and Standard Work Instructions
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarized with and learn SAP/ MII / MES Processes
Demonstrate reliability and ownership of assigned processes
Identify work to be performed via SAP or MII work center priority
Perform physical material movements
Demonstrates a willingness to be flexible in areas they are cross-trained in
Maintain daily housekeeping
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED, preferred
Between 6-12 months prior manufacturing experience, preferred
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to read a tape measure and handle basic tools
Ability to use pneumatic and power tools
Ability to safely operate material movement equipment
Strong attention to detail and high level of concentration to ensure quality work
Stable work history.
The ability to work our 2nd shift or 3rd shift hours
2nd Shift M-F 2pm to 10pm or 3pm to 11pm
3rd Shift- Sun-Th 10pm to 6am or 11pm to 7am
Physical Demands:
Must lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Standing for a minimum of 8 hours per day
Continuous lifting, kneeling, pulling, bending, etc.
