Oracle Integration Cloud Service Application Developer
Location: India
Function: OIC Application Developer
Level: Senior
Application developer.
This role will set the guidelines for the integration scope as part of a business transformation of our digital ecosystem from legacy platforms into a cloud-based Oracle ecosystem, ensuring business and technology are tightly aligned to drive value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
As an OIC Application Developer, you will
Create integrations between our Oracle cloud tools with other Oracle systems and/or with third party platforms (such as salesforce, expense management, webportals, reconciliation tools, HR tools etc.)
Setup and consume REST and SOAP APIs for end-to-end OIC integrations.
Develop file-based integrations for bulk data imports
Ensure proper error handling is in place
Debug, troubleshoot and manage errors with OIC integration flows.
Work with ATP to staging/integration data management and stored procedures, BI publisher for reporting
Plan and oversee the testing of integrations to ensure that they work as expected and meet functional, technical and performance requirements
Leverage on your hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud tools and modules including Finance, CPQ, Subscription management, Supply chain etc.
Adhere to best practice and architectural principles, aligned with the OCI Well-Architected Framework
Collaborate with different stakeholders
You work in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will collaborate with external system implementation consultants, serving as a technical point of contact for integrations.
You will align your developments with the architectural standards and guidelines as set by the Integration Architect
You can share and explain technical setup and issues to other teams.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise
Because you have a deep expertise in OIC development, you have
Strong knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud v3 and its use in inbound/outbound integrations from/towards 3rd party applications
Strong knowledge of API-first integration strategies, both REST and SOAP
Experience with orchestration, error handling, file-based, real-time, and scheduled integrations techniques.
Knowledge of access requirements and authentication methods
Experience of specific Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, Supply Chain, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription management)
Experience working with Oracle business events connector
Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline
5+ years of experience working on large-medium scale IT implementations involving Middleware integration components.
Mindset & Soft skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal - able to influence business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into effective integration solutions that drive value
