Position Summary

The OhioRISE Data Analyst acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems, as well as the enhancement of existing systems. This person evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements, while also evaluating new IT developments and evolving business requirements, recommending appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements. They will also prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.


Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, with the ability to understand and analyze complex data, assimilate data into presentations, and communicate data to various stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of SQL experience, with a strong understanding of crafting SQL queries.
  • Must reside in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, or Michigan.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time within the state of Ohio.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Resides in Ohio.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Previous experience with other, non-SQL coding languages.
  • Awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams to understand data needs, and execute strategies for performance enhancement based on data trends.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and Quickbase.


Education

  • Master’s degree.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $40.90

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
