岗位重点工作职责：
1 、协助银保渠道新产品定价测算、开发及在售产品分析；
2、协助再保合同签署及其风险暴露分析；
3、负责产品开发备案等相关工作；
4、参与系统测试支持工作；
5、其他产品相关工作。
岗位所需技能/能力/经验/教育背景：
1、全日制本科或研究生学历，精算/金融/保险/数学/统计专业；
2、应届毕业生或具有1-2年左右寿险公司产品定价、开发、评估工作经验；
3、通过北美体系5门及以上考试，或其他协会同等考试资格；
4、熟练掌握Excel VBA、PowerPoint等办公软件，掌握Axis精算软件优先考虑。
