Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to support the Cincinnati Medical team as part of Corporate Functions-HR in a hybrid administrator and clinical role.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient operation by collaborating with Cincinnati Medical Team, completing medical testing and assisting with various projects related to successful delivery of team goals and targets.

This role is also focused on delivering exceptional occupational health services to employees within established clinical guidelines. As a P&G Occupational Health Nurse Specialist/Administrator, you will work directly with employees to ensure appropriate medical testing is completed to assure employee health, partner with other medical team members and business stakeholders to ensure P&G onsite health centers within the Cincinnati area are providing a high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Health Center Operations/Administrator: Provide operational assistance to the Ivorydale Innovation Center including managing the health center email communications, inventory/purchasing, and routine equipment calibrations. You’ll work directly with the site RN leader to complete FMLA documentation requests and medical accommodations.
  • Occupational Health Testing: The candidate will be responsible for enabling employee testing as per corporate guidelines. Work will be with onsite with the occupational health team for Ivorydale Innovation Center and technical & innovation centers in and around Cincinnati. This would involve scheduling, medical testing, documenting electronic medical records and data management.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact Ivorydale Innovation Center employees.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Input and maintain data related to employee health programs, generate reports, and assist with data analysis to support departmental goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure working with Cincinnati Medical Leadership team on compliance related to Global Medical standards and expectations, including enabling team as regional medical on HSKEs calendar, compliance, reporting, etc.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing workload and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications, MS enterprise tools, Power automate and Power BI (desirable).
  • Adult CPR, AED and first aid training, Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and NIOSH spirometry certified, OHSA blood borne pathogen training (all desirable)/ willingness to learn these skills.
  • Attention to detail and maintain and handle information confidentially.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Coordination and networking.
  • Initiative-taking problem solving and innovation.
  • Ability to manage and track team deliverables.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard working hours (07:30-4:00) and expectations to be in office as per company requirements.
  • The onsite role will involve working in the Ivorydale P&G Health Center environment, as well as interaction with employees in various settings face to face and virtually.
  • Intermittent travel to other P&G sites within Cincinnati area to meet business critical testing needs.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Active Ohio Licensure as an Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Experience: 3-5 years of general or practical nursing experience in an occupational health nursing environment setting or other clinical establishments.
