WinnCompanies is searching for an Occupancy Specialist II to join our team at Madison Park IV, a 143-unit affordable housing community located in Boston, MA.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the initial, interim and annual tenant recertifications at the property or properties working with multilayered affordable programs.
The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Please note that the pay range for this position is $20.00/hour to $30.00/hour. Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
