New Business Assistant

Makati City Full time

Responsible for processing complex customer requests for Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • encoding of MID cases (cases w/ health declaration)
  • correction of mistagged agent code
  • email of pending ID requirements to agents for follow-up
  • quality control check of application vs what was inputted in the system
  • quality control checking of medical reimbursement - data submitted vs journal entry
  • processing of payment for accredited clinics
  • preparing documents for scanning
  • back-up for LOA issuance
  • back-up for STO requirements processing (minor pending requirements)
  • Document Record Coordinator
  • Sending of documents offsite (twice a year), 
  • Payment Processing for MDSI (Manulife Data Services Inc)- after cut off
  • special projects that may be assigned from time to time

Required Qualifications:

  • College graduate (4-year course)

  • Understands interrelationships between all processing systems

  • Attention to detail

  • Comprehensive knowledge of products requirements
