Field: This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement.

The LTSS Network Relations Consultant Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations and coordination of the LTSS provider relations team for the Wisconsin Family Care program. .

How you will make an impact:

  • As a knowledge and resource expert, handles escalated LTSS and Family Care provider issues impacting provider satisfaction, researches and resolves the most complex provider issues for prompt resolution.
  • Acts as a liaison between Family Care providers and the health plan within a designated region.
  • Identifies deficiencies in LTSS provider engagement and contract compliance and recommends corrective actions.
  • Identifies and reports on provider utilization and service delivery trends which have a direct impact on the quality of service delivery.  
  • Ensures Network Relations Consultants are meeting provider training, outreach and visit requirements.
  • Attends provider meetings and Family Care oversight sessions as needed.
  • Monitors department key performance indicators, provider assignments, and team caseload distribution.
  • Oversees daily activities and provides feedback to leadership on performance management, training needs, guidance, and workflow improvements.
  • Leads and facilitates regular team huddles and collaboration sessions.
  • Serves as subject matter expert who may be assigned to specific initiatives or projects related to Family Care program network operations.  

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of network relations and leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Experience with Wisconsin Family Care, IRIS, or other LTSS waiver programs strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid managed care regulations, provider contracting, and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
