Network Partnership Representative

Join Air Liquide and become the essential link that drives the success and growth of our valued distribution network. In this high-impact role, you won't just manage accounts; you'll be a strategic and operational expert, empowering our external partners to independently acquire customers, optimize their processes, and significantly boost sales and profitability within our indirect channels. You will act as the go-to technical and commercial support, ensuring seamless operations and effective sales for our network partners.


 

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure proper usage of our Distributor Platform

  • Serve as the main point of contact for fast, correct resolution of partner questions and operational issues.

  • Ensure proper invoicing and a seamless customer experience by resolving portal errors and unconfirmed receipts.

2. Partner Enablement & Sales Growth:

  • Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of smaller resellers to secure and expand turnover.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training on invoicing methods, scanning, cylinder order process and new distributor onboarding.

3. Operational Excellence & Digital Adoption:

  • Lead and execute asset and stock inventory, including asset anticipation, solving scanning issues and follow-up of the order process flow

  • Coordinate the end-to-end process for small cylinder orders, refills, and timely stock management.

  • Provide training and technical troubleshooting for the Distributor Portal and key digital tools.

4.  Data Integrity & Process Improvement:

  • Maintain high-quality partner and customer data within the CRM system for accurate pricing and commercial actions.

  • Ensure customer designation and proper delivery flows

5 Others: 

  • Creating Purchase Orders (for Distributors)  for commercial initiatives.

  • Collaborate internally to continuously optimize and improve business processes.

  • Log and follow up on safety/technical issues and sharing essential feedback from the field.

Required Skills

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Operations Management/ Sales/ Supply Chain or equivalent by direct relevant work experience. 

  • You speak fluently Dutch and English 

  • You are a dedicated and organized professional with a proactive approach and a passion for building partnerships.

  • You have a working knowledge of key business systems such as SAP, Power BI, and CRM system (ideally SFDC: Sales Force Dot Com).

  • You are a strong team player who excels at networking, building bridges across departments, and sharing knowledge externally.

  • You have a flexible mindset and are willing to take responsibility in a dynamic, changing environment.

  • You have excellent skills in managing priorities, remaining self-organized, and accurately handling information.
