.Net Support Lead

IND - KA - BANGALORE Full time

Job Description:

  • Lead the support team for .NET-based applications.
  • Monitor incidents, ensure proper triaging, troubleshooting, and timely resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the business team and provide regular updates on incidents and requests.
  • Drive Major Incident Management – lead technical bridge calls, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure RCA & preventive measures are documented.
  • Work closely with developers and infra/security teams to implement .NET vulnerability remediation fixes.
  • Create, track, and present SLA compliance dashboards and weekly reports to management and business teams.
  • Conduct weekly status and performance reviews with stakeholders on recurring issues and improvement areas.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management).
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to support engineers on .NET troubleshooting and issue resolution.
