About the Position
The purpose of this position is to provide marketing expertise and guidance by executing Logicalis Australia’s marketing strategy, on time and to budget, using a variety of marketing and channel programs to drive sales.

This position will work with Logicalis leadership, including regional marketing, sales and practice leads, to lead the execution of our local strategy, which is in line with the overall business objectives. With responsibility for managing a small team, this position will also be responsible for driving the team's performance.

With a strong focus on marketing and channel programs, this position will work with partners and vendors to develop ongoing campaigns and marketing activity. This may include, but not be limited to; Campaign development, digital and traditional lead generation campaigns, and lead nurture and conversion initiatives.

This position will work collaboratively with APAC Marketing and the Technical Services Director for launching the go-to-market activities for a range of new services and products. Working closely with sales, this position will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new leads and the nurturing and conversion of those prospects along with driving uplift and cross-sell across the existing client base.


What you will be responsible for:
• Creating and executing the strategic marketing plan for Logicalis Australia including Campaigns, Events, Solution GTM launches, and Partner-related marketing
• Collaborating with the broader Leadership team on campaign creation, marketing strategy and wider business goal alignment
• Collaborating with the broader Leadership team on campaign creation, marketing strategy and wider business goal alignmentRepresenting the marketing team at AU leadership level and be the face of marketing to the Australian business and wider partner community
• Managing internal marketing budget and lead strategic partner programs including the management of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to deliver profitable program ROI
• Reporting and measurement of program performance and ROI
• Leading the wider Marketing team, which consists of Marketing Executives, web and graphic designer through all campaign programs and events
• Managing the Sales Development Representative function to drive top-of-funnel pipeline activity, ensure alignment with marketing campaigns, and support sales conversion
• Leading the creation and management of internal and external communications

What you will bring:
• Minimum 5 years Marketing experience within B2B, with experience in IT, SaaS or MSP highly regarded
• Exceptional relationship builder.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to strategic objectives.
• Commercial and data-driven decision maker.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Happy to get hands-on in driving programs forward.
